About Mannagam

Mannagam is a registered NGO based in Tamil Nadu. It is an after-schooling space for children, nurturing creativity, nature-connection, and holistic learning. We also host regular community development programs in partnership with government bodies for rural upliftment. As a weekend retreat center, we offer silence retreats, stress-relief programs, organic farming, music, and nature-immersive experiences. Our mission is rooted in Soil · Tree · Humanity.

Content Creator & Media Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Media Coordinator to help document and showcase Mannagam's activities for our YouTube channel and social media platforms. The role involves capturing and editing videos/photos of our past and upcoming events, creating engaging visual stories, and helping us reach a wider audience.

Responsibilities

  • Capture photos and videos of events, workshops, and community activities
  • Edit existing photo/video content into professional-quality uploads for YouTube
  • Create short clips/reels for social media
  • Maintain an organized archive of media content
  • Work closely with our team to plan coverage of upcoming events

Requirements

  • Proficiency in photography & videography (DSLR or high-quality mobile camera)
  • Video editing skills (any professional editing software)
  • Creativity and storytelling ability
  • Interest in community work, education, and nature
  • Open to both professionals and passionate college students
